ETAGRAM STORE (“Etagram.Store”), by giving the confidentiality and security of the User information priority, provides various services to the Users in electronic media.

These electronic media cover all kinds of services provided via website address of www.Etagram.Store and mobile application. Etagram.Store undertakes to protect the confidentiality of information acquired from the Users in a respectful manner to their personal rights and within the framework of this “Confidentiality Policy” and the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data.

Etagram.Store takes the necessary security measures on the information systems to prevent any unauthorized access to this information. Etagram.Store employees have "limited and to the necessary extent" access to this information only within the framework of the "need to know" principle. Etagram.Store performs all of its operations regarding the acquisition, use, storage and sharing with other parties of User information in accordance with the provisions of the legislation/policies on the protection of personal data and other legislation/policies. In this context, any information of the Users is acquired, used, stored for the purposes of providing the Users with a better service experience and fulfilling the obligations clearly defined in the law, and is shared with the third party in the event that support service is received from this third party in order to perform the service.

User information is not shared with third parties except in cases where the shares are made under the relevant legislation or with the consent of the Users for the purpose of providing the services. Through users accessing and using the services, Etagram.Store may monitor and collect tracking information related to usage including but not limited to phone number, access date and time, device type and device ID, operating system and hardware setting, browser type, info and version, IP address and some information obtained from WLAN, language location and information such as camera, phone library, phone number, access date and time, device type and device identification, operating system an d hardware setting, GPS, device MAC address, installation list, device ID, UUID, IMEI information may be directly obtained by Etagram Store or through third-party service providers. Unless otherwise provided in the Etagram.Store Terms of Use or the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data, User information is processed only for the purposes of performing the service requested by the User and protecting the legitimate interests of Etagram.Store, and, if rejected by the User, is not made subject to marketing and/or product delivery works that are outside the scope of the service request. These types of messages are sent only to the Users to whom commercial message permission has been granted. In case of seizure of personal data by malicious or unauthorized persons, Etagram.Store shall notify the relevant Users as stipulated in the legislation. Some of our electronic service media may include, in some cases, links to some other electronic media, such as third parties’ websites (out of Etagram.Store). The commitments and policies contained in the Etagram.Store Confidentiality Policy apply only to Etagram.Store electronic service channels and do not cover other third parties’ media. Other electronic media to be visited via link may have different confidentiality guarantees and terms of use specific to them and these terms may provide a lower level of security than those provided by Etagram.Store. Accordingly, Etagram.Store cannot be held responsible for the use of User information, ethical principles, confidentiality principles, nature and service quality of third party electronic media included in our electronic service channels for advertisement, banner, content purposes or any other purpose, as well as for any pecuniary/non-pecuniary damages and losses that may occur in these media. The Confidentiality Policy has been concluded in two languages, namely Turkish and English; hence in case there is a conflict/contradiction between the two versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Each one of our Users who visit our Platform, use our services or sign up for their User Accounts on the Platform shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms specified above.
